Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of social media activity across key business areas to shape audience engagement with Oxfam's mission and strengthen its brand.

Required Experience
  • Demonstrable specific experience and knowledge of major social media platforms and their technical requirements.
  • Experience of planning, delivering and project-managing social media activity on behalf of a brand or organisation.
  • Understanding and demonstrable ability to develop and deliver strong digital marketing activities with a focus on fundraising, campaigning, retail and engagement.
  • Experience of using audience insight and performance data to inform strategies and optimise results.
  • Experience of building engagement and understanding how to create content that drives action.
