Overview

Develops and improves the Agency’s website design and usability, ensuring optimal user experience and compliance with industry standards. Designs webpages using web design platforms and content management systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develops new approaches, policies, processes and procedures for website design and usability.
  • Designs creative, interactive and immersive webpages.
  • Supervises the English Language Website Manager and the Arabic Language Webmaster.
  • Conducts regular reviews of website content.
  • Liaises with relevant departments and focal points to produce web content.
  • Analyses website performance statistics and performs Search Engine Optimisation tasks.
  • Assists in managing and producing design and content for social media platforms.
  • Provides web communications guidance to colleagues.
Required Experience

At least seven years of progressively responsible and relevant experience in a large national or international organisation; Experience in Web management, and New Media. Knowledge of web communications technologies, including Drupal 11, and standards.

Qualifications

An advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) from an accredited educational institution in computer science, communications, or other related discipline.

Remuneration
Monthly basic salary JD 1156.600 fils. Special Occupational Allowance (SoA) 69.9% of basic salary. Other benefits include monthly Provident Fund contribution (15.4% of basic salary paid by the Agency), compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave, and dependency allowance (if applicable). Additional benefits: 2 days of sick leave for each completed month of service. 14 weeks of Maternity Leave. 2 weeks paternity leave.
