This internship supports the Finance and Budget Section (FBS) in Addis Ababa with service automation initiatives, including survey automation and digital tools. The intern will gain exposure to service improvement, data collection, process documentation, and reporting.
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience. However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required.
Applicants must be a student in the final year of the first university degree (bachelor or equivalent), Master’s or Ph.D. Programme or equivalent, or have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PH.D. Programme. Applicants should be pursuing or have completed studies in administration, business administration, finance, accounting, information systems, data management, public administration, or another related field relevant to administrative and finance support services. Applicants should demonstrate an interest in digital tools, automation or process improvement through academic coursework, university projects, personal learning or other experiences.
