Overview
The Client Support Assistant coordinates and performs client-related support services, ensuring the quality and consistency of office work and information flow within the work unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second line support in resolving client enquiries and technical issues.
- Review and resolve specific clients' problems.
- Foster effective client partnerships and monitor performance.
- Identify user processing problems and propose adjustments.
- Maintain the SSC service catalogue and service level agreements.
- Assist FAO personnel in processing transactions and advise on rules and procedures.
- Assist users in operating FAO corporate systems.
- Handle incoming queries through a tracking system and phone.
- Draft documents and correspondence.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience
Four years of relevant experience in office/management support work, including human resources, travel, finance and/or general administration. Work experience in more than one area of work is desirable.
Qualifications
Secondary School Education.
