The Programme Assistant (PCPQ) will support the roll-out and implementation of the Unified Case Management system, integrating monitoring and community feedback mechanisms to ensure food assistance is accessible, equitable, and accountable.
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience in humanitarian and development work at the field level is essential. Experience supporting assessments, community consultations, monitoring activities and data collection. Experience working with communities, partners and field teams. Experience preparing reports and maintaining programme records is desirable. The candidate should possess an understanding of and strong background in protection, including gender, accountability to affected people (AAP), inclusion, in humanitarian action, with demonstrated skills in advocacy, negotiation, interpersonal relations, and networking. Prior experience in facilitating training and workshops is advantageous.
A bachelor's degree or certified diploma in communications, social science, international development, law, international studies, human rights, political science, public administration, or a related field is required.
