Overview
The Communications Associate will create audiovisual materials, provide design guidance, and offer technical advice for studio and video production to increase awareness of health issues and enhance visibility and engagement with WHO.
Key Responsibilities
- Create audiovisual materials from concept to final delivery.
- Provide design guidance for corporate communications, campaigns, and advocacy materials.
- Deliver web- and print-ready files for infographics, posters, brochures, backdrops, calendars, branding, and videos.
- Provide technical advice in all phases of studio and video production.
- Coordinate and set up interviews and events for various platforms.
- Contribute to the planning and setting up of major events with a communications focus.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience
At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience supporting audiovisual communication, preferably in a large organization. Experience working in the UN system is desirable.
Qualifications
Essential: Completion of secondary education, with additional training in the creation of audiovisual products. Desirable: University degree in communications, film, multimedia, visual arts or related area.
