Overview
Internship opportunity to assist an Advisor in preparing files related to UNESCO's fields of competency and gain knowledge of the organization's working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Advisor in preparing notes and opinions on administrative, political, and communications issues
- Help prepare elements for Director-General's interventions (speeches, talking points, messages, editorials, articles, forewords)
- Carry out documentary research for speeches or official visits
- Revise correspondence for the Director-General
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in 3rd year or final year of Bachelor's degree; OR currently enrolled in second university degree (Master's or PhD) or equivalent; OR finished Bachelor's, Master's or PhD within the last 12 months
- Applicants in technical/vocational assignments must be enrolled in or recently graduated (within 12 months) from a specialized technical/vocational institution
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and office-related software
