Overview

The Fundraising Associate (Salesforce Development & PCI Compliance) role is responsible for the transversal service of the CRM (Salesforce) and further developments for fundraising needs, ensuring continuous improvement and PCI compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver new and on-going development and implementation of systems and functionalities for Salesforce and its connected systems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs, define processes, and propose technology solutions.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into specifications for technical teams.
  • Build and prioritize the functional backlog with development and technical support teams.
  • Plan regional releases and coordinate development and feature deliveries.
  • Validate deliveries at the functional level.
  • Manage budget and projection for SES COST at Sales, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud platforms and add-ons.
  • Understand and design scalable data structures.
  • Configure licenses, permission sets, and public groups.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
  • Manage environments and promote good deployment practices.
  • Maintain control over synchronized data between Marketing and Sales clouds.
  • Build audience segmentation for Marketing Cloud campaigns.
  • Coordinate and support the use of Journey Builder.
  • Supervise contracted technical support, ensuring bugs are diagnosed, analyzed, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
  • Monitor the adequate functioning of fundraising platforms and their middleware connections.
  • Report and coordinate technology solutions with developing partners.
  • Track user report incidents and their resolution.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, integrating partners, and users.
  • Develop an agile working methodology.
  • Understand the relational data model and its performance implications.
  • Lead and support the implementation of middleware integrations.
  • Lead and manage CMS technical team.
  • Regularly monitor the PCI framework.
  • Develop a monitoring and security procedure for PCI compliance.
  • Lead the closure of PCI gaps with stakeholders.
  • Lead penetration tests and ensure compliance with data security policies.
  • Monitor CRM security controls.
  • Ensure compliance with good security, privacy, and data governance practices.
  • Manage quotation and billing processes for middleware platforms.
  • Manage daily work and administration with developing partners.
  • Handle various administrative tasks.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
  • Experience in other Fundraising CRMs and its developments and integrations may be exceptionally accepted.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Project Management, Business Analyst, Business Intelligence.
  • Proven experience in API architecture.
  • Experience leading and coordinating functional and technical teams.
  • Project Management and people skills.
  • Experience applying Agile methodologies is considered an asset.
  • Experience in Fundraising Operations and knowledge of Transbank, PCI compliance and debit platforms is an asset.
Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary education required; preferably supplemented by university studies in one or more of the disciplines relevant in the following areas: project management, business analytics, science/engineering, or information technology, or electrical engineering, or equivalent professional work experience in business intelligence and salesforce development.
  • A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may be considered to compensate for three (3) years of experience.
  • A master’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may be considered to compensate for an additional two (2) years.
