Overview
Support the Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers (HACT) planning, implementation, and reporting processes to ensure results are achieved in line with resource utilization and to manage risks related to cash transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HACT planning and discussions, including research, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Participate in the preparation of HACT-related materials for the country programming process.
- Support the monitoring of the HACT assurance plan implementation.
- Undertake spot checks of implementing partners.
- Provide administrative support to external service providers for HACT activities.
- Maintain records of HACT-related documentation and eTools data.
- Record and update implementing partner risk ratings in VISION.
- Share HACT-related reports with partners and staff.
- Review micro assessment and assurance activity reports to identify weaknesses and propose capacity development actions.
- Review and finalize reports in eTools and track action points.
- Identify, capture, synthesize, and share lessons learned from HACT implementation.
- Participate in the design and implementation of capacity development strategies for implementing partners and CO staff.
- Prepare and consolidate periodic management reports highlighting KPIs.
- Coordinate dissemination of reports with stakeholders.
Required Experience
At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Financial Management, Quality Assurance, HACT Planning, Implementation of HACT Activities, Review and Use of HACT Reports, Networking, Innovation, Knowledge Management, Capacity Building, Management Information and Reporting and any other related fields.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary education preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in a field related to the work of the organization. Computer literacy and ability to effectively use standard office software, tools and technologies.
