Overview

This role accelerates digital fundraising growth by translating strategy into high-impact, data-driven campaigns that acquire, retain, and engage individual donors. It aims to maximize income, strengthen long-term donor value, and ensure UNICEF remains at the forefront of digital fundraising.


Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, delivering, and optimizing digital fundraising campaigns across multiple online channels.
  • Ensuring strong performance through continuous analysis, testing, and improvement.
  • Working closely with internal teams, digital agencies, and global and regional partners.
  • Supporting effective campaign execution.
  • Overseeing day-to-day digital operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with systems and data protection requirements.
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing and capacity building.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' professional experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, digital fundraising, or other related fields is required, with progressively increasing responsibilities, including direct responsibility for setting and meeting income targets.
  • Experience in managing digital agencies towards agreed KPIs for profitable growth is required.
  • Relevant Marketing experience is required.
  • Experience in digital paid media marketing (search, display ad), email marketing, content management system, social media posting, eCommerce and analytics is required.
  • Experience with alternative digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, and CRM channels is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, UI/UX, and online payments as well as experience in managing external web development agencies is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is an asset.
Qualifications

A completed first level university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Advertising, Digital marketing, Digital Fundraising, eCommerce and any other related fields is required.
