Overview
Accountable for developing, managing, coordinating, networking, implementing and monitoring the communication strategy and associated products and activities, with the objective of promoting awareness, understanding, investment and action towards skilling and connecting youth to opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Activating Generation Unlimited’s partnership network in support of the mission, priorities and programmes at a global and country level.
- Communication strategy, priorities and campaigns
- Influential voices and special events
- Resource mobilization support
- Networking and partnerships
- Monitoring and evaluation of communication KPIs
- Multimedia impact storytelling
- Management
- Capacity building and support
Required Experience
- A minimum of 8 (eight) years of progressively responsible work experience in Communication, Broadcasting, Print, and/or New media, Storytelling is required.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualifications
An advanced university degree in one of the following fields is required: Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, International Relations, Political Science, or another relevant technical field.
