Overview

Facilitate community activities and provide counseling on healthy eating, hygiene, and family responsibility in nutrition and health.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in induction and training on activity objectives, key messages, and methodology.
  • Register participants according to WFP guidelines.
  • Support in setting up, organizing, and managing participant flow.
  • Ensure a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment.
  • Facilitate community fair stations, explaining activities clearly and participatively.
  • Transmit key messages on healthy eating habits, hygiene practices, and family responsibility.
  • Address basic family questions or refer to technical staff.
  • Participate in feedback sessions with the organizing team.
  • Prepare a report including activities, number of participants, and results.
Required Experience
  • Experience working in community or rural contexts.
  • Experience in nutrition training, preferably as a community nutrition counselor, within the framework of WFP interventions or similar organizations (desirable).
  • Ability to facilitate participatory sessions (mandatory).
Qualifications

• Secondary education.

Remuneration
• A living subsidy equivalent to Q2,179 and medical insurance in case of emergency during the performance of duties. • In cases requiring official travel outside the place of assignment that require overnight stays, additional per diems will be provided.
