Overview
The role is responsible for general administration tasks to support the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan, ensuring compliance with management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Making travel arrangements and processing travel claims.
- Processing low value procurement and placing orders.
- Maintaining the Asset Management database.
- Acting as dispatcher for drivers and monitoring vehicle logs.
- Co-ordinating cleaning staff and monitoring household consumption.
- Acting as Suppliers, Customers and Banks handler.
- Acting as secretary of Fund Material Management Committee meetings.
- Acting as focal point for customs clearance procedures.
- Assisting with other administrative duties including office premises maintenance.
Required Experience
Minimum five years of relevant experience of administration, business/public administration, finance, human resources management or any other relevant field; preferably in international organizations or companies.
Qualifications
Completed secondary education, as well as specialized training in business/public administration, finance, human resources management or any other relevant field.
