Overview
The Center Coordinator will be responsible for the effective management and implementation of activities at the center, including planning, organization, and monitoring. The role also involves coordinating staff tasks and providing support to trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct relevant and effective activities at the center from conceptualization to monitoring and evaluation.
- Implement administrative tasks including logistical arrangements, budget assistance, and record keeping.
- Coordinate and facilitate tasks of center staff and provide support to trainees.
- Ensure optimal condition and safety of classes, workshops, and center assets.
- Prepare regular monthly reports and update relevant staff.
Required Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in social work, teaching at secondary school level or higher and /or Project component activities (youth development, community support and life skills; vocational education and career/psychosocial guidance; business development) is required.
Qualifications
A university degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution or any other related filed. Equivalency may apply for this post.
