Overview
The incumbent is responsible for the relevant and effective activities conducted at the center, including conceptualization, planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The role also involves administrative tasks and coordination of staff and support to trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct relevant and effective activities at the center from conceptualization to reporting.
- Implement administrative tasks including logistical arrangements, budget assistance, and filing systems.
- Coordinate and facilitate tasks of other staff at the center and provide support to trainees.
- Ensure optimal condition and safety of classes, workshops, and center assets.
- Prepare regular monthly reports and update relevant staff.
Required Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in social work, teaching at secondary school level or higher and/or Project component activities (youth development, community support and life skills; vocational education and career/psychosocial guidance; business development).
Qualifications
A university degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution or any other related filed. Equivalency may apply.
