Overview
Supports the design, development, and delivery of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) learning programmes in Graphic Design. Facilitates learning, designs assessments, and builds linkages with employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the design and development of learning programmes and curricula.
- Facilitates the delivery of school-based and work-based learning programmes.
- Designs student assessments, both formative and summative.
- Builds linkages with employers, workers, and TVET instructors.
- Applies quality assurance tools and processes.
- Supports TVET greening and digitalisation initiatives.
- Collaborates with other instructors and staff members.
Required Experience
- For Grade 12: Two years of progressively responsible relevant professional satisfactory teaching experience.
- For Grade 13: Four years of progressively responsible relevant professional satisfactory teaching experience, OR two years of progressively responsible relevant professional satisfactory teaching experience.
Qualifications
- For Grade 11, 12, and 13: A university degree of four years from an accredited educational institution in Fine Arts – Visual Communication with major specialization in the field of subject taught.
- For Grade 12 and 13: An advanced university degree from an accredited educational institution in a subject relevant to his/her field of specialization or in education or psychology.
