Overview
Support UNISFA's social media channels by developing and implementing a social media strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create 15 engaging, original, and high-quality content pieces for social media posts.
- Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content and engage with the online community.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with the online audience.
- Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, shares, and other engagement metrics.
- Actively participate in relevant online conversations and trending topics.
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance and gather insights.
- Generate regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in social media activities.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in social media, communications, campaigning or strategy development.
- Excellent communication and writing/editing skills.
- Good knowledge of online marketing tools and channels.
- Experience with designing of outreach/marketing tools is highly desired.
Qualifications
• A degree in marketing, marketing management, communications or related fields is considered an asset.
