Support UNISFA's social media channels by developing and implementing a social media strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering audience engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Create 15 engaging, original, and high-quality content pieces for social media posts.
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content and engage with the online community.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with the online audience.
  • Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, shares, and other engagement metrics.
  • Actively participate in relevant online conversations and trending topics.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track performance and gather insights.
  • Generate regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, policies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in social media activities.
Required Experience
  • Previous experience in social media, communications, campaigning or strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and writing/editing skills.
  • Good knowledge of online marketing tools and channels.
  • Experience with designing of outreach/marketing tools is highly desired.
Qualifications

• A degree in marketing, marketing management, communications or related fields is considered an asset.
