Overview
International consultant to lead the development of an M&E Framework, Act, Rules, and Training Modules for the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED) to strengthen results-based management and evidence-based decision-making.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience in project M&E Sector.
- Experience at both national and international levels will be considered an added advantage.
- Proven experience in drafting M&E frameworks, acts, rules, and Module at national and international level.
- At least five years practical experience in project management and operations.
- Familiarity with public sector systems in Bangladesh, particularly planning process.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in social sciences, Law, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Project Management, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
