Overview
To advise Military Ombudsman of Ukraine on matters concerning communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising Military Ombudsman on communication, reputation management and target audience trust.
- Developing communication strategies for the Military Ombudsman and the Office.
- Managing narratives concerning military rights protection and the work of the Office.
- Managing the reputation of the Military Ombudsman and the Office.
- Developing and supporting the crisis communication architecture.
- Developing and managing communication with other stakeholders in the security and defence sector.
- Regularly travel to military units to deliver adaptation courses, conduct investigations, monitor upholding of military personnel rights.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in communications, government relations or PR.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the area of military rights protection.
Qualifications
• First-level university degree in Journalism, PR, Public Policy or other relevant accredited occupation in communications.
