Overview
Consultant to coordinate and implement projects funded by the Swedish National Commission for UNESCO and manage knowledge on gender equality within the framework of the 2005 Convention.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Field Offices and partners for project implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Prepare progress reports and develop monitoring tools.
- Contribute to project visibility and communication materials.
- Liaise with UNESCO services and partners.
- Prepare a report consolidating and analysing information on gender equality projects.
- Elaborate recommendations for mainstreaming gender equality.
- Draft a concept note for a thematic webpage on gender equality.
- Contribute to the documentation and dissemination of evidence related to gender equality.
Required Experience
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience acquired in the field of culture of which a minimum of 3 years at international level.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree) in disciplines in the field of culture.
