Overview

Support the Technical Assistance Unit in the coordination, implementation, monitoring, communication, and reporting of activities related to curriculum reform processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to drafting technical and financial proposals.
  • Support the implementation of project activities, through the preparation of Terms of Reference, coordination with consultants, quality assurance support, and logistical coordination.
  • Develop pedagogical tools and technical resources to support curriculum reform processes.
  • Prepare communication materials related to the Haiti curriculum reform, including drafting various content (articles, blog posts, briefs, etc.) to document project progress, highlight key initiatives, and foster stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and report on project implementation and results.
  • Collect and analyze data, lessons learned, and good practices.
  • Maintain project documentation and knowledge management resources.
  • Support the Director in the organisational and institutional development process of the IBE.
  • Undertake any other tasks required to support the mandate and activities of the Technical Assistance Unit.
  • Provide monthly progress evidence reports on milestones achieved in the execution of tasks.
Required Experience

At least five years of professional experience in the field of education; Experience in project design and implementation.

Qualifications

University degree at Masters level or equivalent in Education, Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Economics, or any related field.
