Internship opportunity focused on HR policy research and development within the Human Resources Management Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research for HR policies and projects.
- Assist in the preparation of analytical documents, policy briefs, benchmarks, and internal guidance materials.
- Support the monitoring of policy implementation and identification of risks.
- Interact with colleagues to obtain relevant information and data.
- Provide support with the consultation process for policy finalization and implementation.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including administrative support.

Qualifications
Completed secondary education. Enrolment in a university degree programme, preferably in Law, human resources, international administration, international relations, or a related field.
