Support Data Analysis and Visualization of MIMU Platform Data

Overview

Support the analysis and visualization of platform usage and collected data, and review data visualization products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of MIMU’s accumulated vacancy-platform data, defining research questions and surfacing trends.
• Define the method, indicators, and tabulation plan for analysis, and identify relevant trends, patterns, and key findings.
• Design and build dashboards and reports in Power BI, including visualization and narrative interpretation.
• Create Power BI learning content (e.g. DAX, Power Query) to strengthen team capacity.
• Provide a constructive design and UI/UX review of existing MIMU dashboards, offering recommendations.

Required Experience

Advanced, demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling) with a portfolio of delivered dashboards and reports. Solid SQL and hands-on ETL / data-warehousing experience. Strong analytical and writing skills. Experience producing training or explainer content. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power BI Data Analyst, Fabric Analytics/Data Engineer) or equivalent are considered a strong advantage. A degree in data analytics, statistics, information management, engineering, or a related field is considered an asset.
