Overview
The incumbent develops and maintains knowledge resources and training materials for the newly deployed WHO Meeting and Travel systems, ensuring efficient technical writing, knowledge management, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and maintain user documentation for Meeting and Travel systems (FAQs, manuals, guides).
- Manage and improve knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Intranet), standardize documentation formats, and promote best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Design and produce training materials (videos, presentations, e-learning modules) related to Meeting and Travel systems, tools, and processes.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops, and trainings (in-person and virtual) for all user roles.
- Review training and knowledge resources, identify gaps, and collect user feedback to enhance effectiveness and relevance.
- Promote a culture of learning, monitor training completion, and support the adoption of new systems and updates.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is required for candidates with a secondary education diploma, or three (3) years of relevant experience for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in technical writing, knowledge management, documentation, and training tools (e.g., Office Suite, website editors, CMS, e-learning tools).
- Proven experience in delivering training both online and onsite.
- Familiarity with IT systems, software, or platforms relevant to the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Secondary education
