Overview
Support the World Health Organization in analyzing and visualizing country-reported data on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract data from PDF files submitted by countries to TrACSS.
- Clean and structure datasets for selected indicators.
- Generate analytical outputs including tables and visualizations.
- Summarize key findings in short reports.
- Compare data with previous years for the same variables.
- Create a data dashboard.
- Document the workflow for capacity building and future use.
Required Experience
Experience in public health, microbiology, epidemiology, nursing, veterinary, engineering, medicine or allied sciences, or data science. Proficiency in data cleaning, visualization, and statistical analysis. Familiarity with at least one statistical package and its application in health data.
