Overview

The Project Associate will support the Flood Recovery Programme (FRP) team in managing day-to-day project implementation, assisting in the design and implementation of project activities with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate effective project planning and implementation, including developing work and financial plans, and producing monthly progress reports.
  • Provide effective support and contribute to efficient project management and monitoring, including tracking financial resources and preparing quarterly progress reports.
  • Provide administrative guidance to the project and establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge building and knowledge sharing in the project, including organizing trainings and synthesizing lessons learned.
Required Experience

3 years of experience required. Relevant experience of 1 year. Proven experience in project management and project implementation. Experience of effective partnership development with government counterparts, development partners and civil society. Experience in policy analysis, research, or reporting will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or Political Science, including Development Studies, International Development, Public Administration, Project Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

5 months (with possibility of extension)

Remuneration
Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) of PKR 131,371 is provided monthly. Life health and permanent disability insurance are included (health insurance for up to 3 dependents), as well as final repatriation (if applicable) and resettlement allowance for satisfactory service.
