The role involves applying EU competition rules in the electronic communications sector, managing cases from investigation to decision, and contributing to policy development.
Demonstrable expertise in EU competition law, good analytical skills, a sense of initiative, a result-oriented approach, and well-developed teamwork abilities. Excellent knowledge of Art. 102 TFEU case law and solid experience in the enforcement of the EU competition rules within the information technology sector, including direct involvement in high-profile cases.
At least a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma. Only qualifications issued or recognised as equivalent by EU Member State authorities will be accepted.
