The Environmental Governance and Finance Coordination Assistant will provide administrative, coordination, operational, and basic analytical support to the implementation of the CBIT 2 project, focusing on environmental governance, institutional coordination, and financial tracking.
Minimum 5 years (with Secondary education) or 2 years (with Bachelor’s degree) of administrative or project support experience at the national or international level. Experience in the use of computers and office software packages, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in collecting, organizing and maintaining project documentation, records, correspondence, contact lists, meeting notes, reports and implementation tracking tools. Experience in supporting organization of meetings, workshops, consultations, trainings or similar project events. Experience in communication and coordination with institutions, consultants, project partners or other stakeholders.
Secondary education is required. University degree (Bachelor’s degree) in Economics, Law, Public Administration, Environmental Studies, Education, Social Sciences or similar field will be considered an asset, but is not a requirement.
