Overview
Develop a standard social health protection benefit package and an accompanying costing model to support Universal Health Coverage implementation in Cambodia.
Key Responsibilities
- Desk review
- Conducting key informant interview
- Semi-structured interview with relevant stakeholders in social protection and health sector
- Consider disability inclusion during the conduct of the assignment
- May require travel to at least two provinces to complete the assignment
Required Experience
Possess at least 8 years of experiences in working on health financing/costing.
Qualifications
- Possess advanced university degree in the field of public health, health economics, development studies, public policy and related fields.
- Possess good inter-personal skills and facilitation skills.
