Overview
Coordinate information management systems and processes for NRC Ukraine, ensuring data quality, compliance, and the production of information products for evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Technically oversee and coordinate Information Management Technical Officers and Database Officers.
- Develop and maintain an efficient, reliable, and accountable IM system, including a data management system.
- Manage resources for the development of IM systems.
- Develop, roll-out, and oversee the implementation of NRC Ukraine IM guidelines.
- Contribute to donor, project/program reports, assessments, monitoring, and strategy documents.
- Ensure IM systems are up-to-date with the latest data.
- Ensure data quality through the implementation of a system of data checks and validation.
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve organisational IM processes.
- Ensure timely back-ups and proper filing of documents.
- Work with stakeholders to identify information needs and produce customised products and reports.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, management, harmonization and administration of data management systems.
- Coordinate the design and implementation of internal data strategies and systems.
- Organize technical support with data collection, storage, management and processing.
- Coordinate the development of data collection tools, including online/mobile data collection.
- Support the collection, management and analysis of data.
- Act as a focal point for training teams for data collection and coordinating analysis.
- Ensure the GORS system is regularly updated with quality and timely data.
- Provide ongoing support to staff responsible for data entry.
- Establish and maintain rigorous validation processes and conduct audits to guarantee data integrity and reliability.

- Experience in information management, data management, and M&E.
- Experience in developing and implementing IM guidelines.
- Experience in data collection, management, and analysis.
- Experience in developing data collection tools.
- Experience in coordinating data entry and validation processes.
