Overview
Support documentation and research for digital innovation and planning workstreams within the Insight & Accountability Unit at UNDSS Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with benchmarking and background research.
- Prepare research notes and concept note inputs.
- Summarize requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Help draft user guides, training materials, and meeting documentation.
- Maintain structured trackers or document repositories.
- Support the preparation of one C4 Model documentation package for a selected UNDSS IAU digital workstream.
Required Experience
- Experience supporting research, desk review, benchmarking or documentation activities.
- Strong ability to prepare clear written summaries, meeting notes and structured briefing materials.
- Good understanding of knowledge management, data analytics, digital transformation or programme support in an international or public-sector context.
- Experience preparing user guides, training materials, trackers, concept-note inputs or similar documents is desirable.
