Overview

The Programme Associate (Community Feedback Mechanism) is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and functionality of the Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM), including managing CFM employees, the information management system, and ensuring quality assurance of CFM information and case management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, establish, and maintain the CFM information management system (IMS).
  • Ensure the CFM adheres to WFP corporate requirements and data protection policies.
  • Develop, maintain, and update CFM Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Oversee the implementation of the CFM information management system, including feedback channels, data management, and case referral.
  • Oversee feedback documentation and case management processes, ensuring quality adherence to SOPs.
  • Report allegations of misconduct such as sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) and fraud, corruption, and theft.
  • Support visibility and sensitization efforts to raise awareness of the CFM.
  • Produce and disseminate accurate information and data on trends, needs, and priorities of affected populations.
  • Lead technical working groups to translate CFM findings into recommendations.
  • Facilitate a monthly Steering Committee with Senior Management.
  • Design a capacity building strategy for staff and partners.
  • Ensure CFM employees act professionally and abide by the code of conduct.
  • Ensure the CFM feeds into the CO’s Community Engagement (CE) action plan and the wider country-level strategy for Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP).
  • Build understanding of the value of AAP across all levels within WFP and before externals.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client/customer services functions or social work. Work experience with a UN agency or international organization, or applied knowledge of the humanitarian, development and/or peace building architecture would be an asset.

Qualifications

First University Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, information management with special focus on client/customer services management, or other related functional area, is required.
